RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your Skully Golf order. Here's how returns, exchanges, and problems with an order are handled.
Custom-printed apparel
Custom-printed T-shirts, SPF hoodies, Skullet cropped hoodies, and other made-to-order apparel are final sale once ordered, except when an item arrives defective or Skully Golf fulfills your order incorrectly. We cannot accept returns for customer-selected size, color, artwork, or change of mind.
Stock merchandise — 30 days
Eligible stock items, including polos, hats, golf gloves, and ball markers, may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original condition. Please request authorization before mailing an item back. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number, a description, and photos where possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Skully Golf covers any required return shipping for our errors or defective merchandise.
Shipping and refunds
For ordinary eligible stock-item returns, the customer pays return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable. We aim to issue approved refunds within five business days; bank processing may take longer.
Before you send anything back
Submit the request form first. We'll send return instructions if an item needs to be mailed back. Please don't send returns without authorization.
